It's been a beautiful couple of weeks around here, so on the days Jeremy has off we've been trying to take advantage of all the sunshine. We took Mikayla for her first picnic at Seahurst Park:
I don't know if she was that impressed with the picnic, but she loved laying on the blanket and looking up at the trees. She's getting so much more alert and curious these days!
Then Daddy took her for her first dip in the ocean!
We also took a trip to Kubota Japanese Garden:

It was such a hot day, sometimes it's nice to just lay back and relax. :)

She tolerated her first dip in the ocean FAR better than Will did - he screamed like crazy. Mikayla is such a pretty baby, you guys have great pics. =)
